This website has no forms, no user accounts and no analytics or tracking scripts. It does not collect personal data from you directly, and it does not set cookies of its own.
2. Third-party services
- Google Fonts: the website loads typefaces from Google. When your browser requests these fonts, Google may receive your IP address and basic browser information.
- Google Maps (Contact page, if shown): an embedded map is loaded from Google. Google may receive your IP address and may set cookies under its own policy.
- WhatsApp: the "Book an Appointment" and enquiry buttons open WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a third-party service operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
These providers process data under their own policies, which we do not control.
3. Information you share on WhatsApp
If you contact us on WhatsApp, we will see your name (as shown on WhatsApp), your phone number and the content of your messages. We use this information only to schedule and manage your consultations and to reply to your enquiry. Please avoid sharing detailed medical information over chat; it can be discussed at your consultation.
4. Patient records and confidentiality
Consultation notes and other patient records are kept confidential and are used only for your care. They are not shared with anyone outside the treating team except:
- where there is a serious risk to your safety or someone else's, in which case we may need to involve a family member or emergency services; or
- where we are required to do so by law or by a lawful order of a court or authority.
5. No sale of data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
